STANDARD DELIVERY

We use MyHermes courier service for delivery and expect parcels to be delivered within 3-5 days. During busy periods, delivery time may be longer. For standard delivery on purchases under £30, delivery charge is £3.50, for purchases over £30 delivery is £5.00. To avoid any extra charges, Collect in Store is FREE. 

COLLECT IN STORE

Place your order online and select Collect in Store at checkout to come in and collect your order for free. Your order should be ready to collect within 3 days of placing the order.

SUMMER PERIOD

We hold sufficient levels of stock for each item advertised on the website, however, should we be out of stock we expect to be able to turn your order around within 14 days. During the busy summer period this turn-around time can take considerably longer. Should any issues arise, we will alert you immediately and offer an approximate delivery date for your items. For any special requirements please place your orders well in advance. Please have special consideration for lack of stock due to coronavirus, as deliveries have been affected globally. We are trying our utmost to minimise disruption to customers.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Exchanges and refunds are available on all items returned in the same condition as they were bought. Items must be returned within 28 days of purchase in a resalable condition with proof of purchase. Without this, a refund or exchange will be refused. Items that have been worn, washed, or have labels removed cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Some types of goods are exempt from being returned for a refund where they are intimate or sanitary goods (like underwear, swimming costumes, socks and leotards).

If an item you purchased was purchased with a discount voucher, then we will only refund the amount that you paid (and not the amount the item was listed for).

Items in the sale are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. If in doubt, please ask a member of staff before purchase.

Items can only be exchanged / refunded in store; please bring return items along with delivery note/receipt for proof of purchase.
